Controller
The TeamHoly team is responsible for processing. Contact us via the Discord server.
Server logs
When you visit the website, the web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, time, requested URL, status code, user agent and referrer. The logs are used for security and error analysis and are deleted after seven days.
Cloudflare
The domains teamholy.de, teamholy.net and teamholy.top are served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes connection data as a processor. Data may be transferred to third countries; Cloudflare relies on standard contractual clauses.
Player profiles and skins
For player profiles the server queries public profile and skin data from EloTiers and Mojang. The player name or UUID is transmitted. Results are cached briefly to keep the site fast.
Cookies and local storage
We do not set marketing or analytics cookies. The selected language may be stored locally in your browser so you do not have to choose again. This information does not leave your browser.

Links to Discord and EloTiers lead to external services. Their privacy policies apply there.
Your rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and objection. For player data, contact us via Discord; we delete on request unless legal obligations prevent it.
